今日は籾摺りをしました。
I removed the husks from rice today.
こんな感じに袋に入れて、12袋とちょっと出来ました。
普通の田んぼの半分くらいの収穫量ですが、、、
I put them into paper packages, like this.
They were 12 packages finally.
Maybe a crop from my filed are a half of them of other general field.
No chemicals, no fertilizer, this way of growing rice is very difficult.
さっそく精米もやりました。
ようやく白いお米になりました。
I polished rice too.
Polished rice was beautiful.
夕飯にさっそく頂きました。
光り輝くお米たち。
自然栽培米らしくとてもすっきとしたおいしいお米です。
今度のイベントの時に皆さんにも食べていただきます。
And I asked my mother to boiled new rice.
How beautiful this rice is!
It tastes simply and sweet, delicious.
I'm going to boil them when the event of our rice reaping.
