ついに Finally

 先日、Hくんからあかめのおこめの藁灰釉薬を使った茶碗をいただきました！

さっそく今年の新米を盛ってみました。

素敵だ！

まだまだ試している最中のようなので、もっと違う表情のものも出来そうで楽しみです。

今度の感謝祭、これらの器でご飯食べましょう！

今日はついにあかめのおこめの田んぼの籾擦りをしました。

少し気になることがあって、今もそのことで悩んでいるのですが、、、

お米づくりをしてきてはじめてのことなのですが、お米、少し変わった臭いがします。

種もみを発芽させる時の臭いと同じような臭いです。

気になって、さっそく母に新米を炊いてもらったのですが、ほぼ気にならないかな。

せっかくみんなで田植え、稲刈りしたお米なので、かわりに僕が作ったほかの田んぼのお米を送るのも残念なので、今考え中です。

いろんな人に試食してもらってほとんどの人が気にならなければこのお米をお届けしようと思います。

何人かに聞いてみたけど、こんなことははじめてです。
改めて自然相手の仕事は難しいなと感じている次第です。

They are made from our rice field's soil and rice straw ash.

Wonderful!

As he tries to make more, other new one will be seen soon.

Today, I finally removed the husks from Akame no Okome rice.

All of them were finished.

But I found them a little strange smell.

I felt the smell when rice seeds germinated.

It is not so bad smell, but I worry about it.

I asked my mother to boil the rice, and I tried eating them.

Boiled rice has little smell.

Maybe I don't need to care about it.

But I think that I will try to give someone them to eat and I'll check they are tasty.

I feel that making rice is difficult.
